DEFINITIONS
Buyer: Person or organisation who orders or buys the goods.

Goods: Means the articles which buyer agrees to buy from seller with term and conditions.
It is easy to order on line and even easier to order over the phone 0208 450 9919 or pop in our store which you can see all our stocks on display.
If any item of order is not available, we always email you explaining the situation. You got the option to cancel your order for full refund or we can back order that item for you.
We do not sell any sharp items like knife or sword, air pistol or air rifle online and over the phone. These items are sold to person who is 18 years old or over with a valid photo ID card just in our store.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express.
20% VAT is included in the Price for items with standard VAT rate.
Your credit details will be destroyed after your order is completed every time. Your details never will be passed to any third party.
This Company will not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivering orders if it is beyond our control.

Your order will be sent out via the ROYAL MAIL with standard delivery which takes usually 2-4 working days within 48 hours. Delivery charges depend upon the weight. For next day delivery, it will cost about 50% more than the standard delivery cost. We will send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
If items are returned to us because of your wrong given address or undelivered and uncollected we will contact you and redeliver but there might be an extra charge.
We also send orders internationally; please ask for postal charges, which depends upon the weight of your orders. Please email us on info@euroarmysurplus.co.uk we will email you back with a quotation.
We will try our best to satisfy you with your purchase. If for any reason you do not want the goods you can return it on your own cost within 7 days of the delivery date, but the returned items must be in their original condition. Please email us on info@euroarmysurplus.co.uk and explain the reason for returning the goods. We will refund you immediately after receiving the unwanted items in reasonable and resalable condition.
